Deutsche lands ex-Morgan Stanley commodities head

Morgan Stanley’s former global head of commodities, Kow Atta-Mensah, has resurfaced at Deutsche Bank in New York.

He is expected to take a senior role in the commodities group, PeakLoad has learned.

Atta-Mensah could not be reached.

Officials in Deutsche Bank’s press office did not respond to an email and a voicemail.

Atta-Mensah left Morgan Stanley last year after 18 years at the firm.

He was promoted from head of North American gas and power to global head of commodities at Morgan Stanley in March 2023.
